Without a doubt, we have seen the car rental business change in the last year more than ever. Reduction of fleets and increase in costs have been a major factor. Now, some companies have taken all Toyota brands off their line ups as recall notices have made them aware of potential problems. The new proposed increase in the Facility fee from $1.00 per day to $4.50 a day is exactly what you say it is ” insult to injury”. We are all having to do more with less and we are striving to be the best Discount Car Rental Company we can be. We will overcome these challenges, we will succeed, because we are, after all, Americans and there has never been a challenge we havent met.
We will continue to offer the best pre-negotiated benefits, we will continue to provide the lowest prices possible, and we will provide the highest level of service we can given the present climate. Thank you!
