Florida Keys Ocean Festival March 27
In Key West, there is always a celebration going on, and the last weekend of March is no exception, as the Conch Republic celebrates its natural marine environment with live music, artistry, kids’ activities, educational exhibits and more during the first annual Florida Keys Ocean Festival, a free event set for noon to sunset on Saturday, March 27. The Ocean Festival takes place at the Florida Keys Eco-Discovery Center, located on Key West’s Truman Waterfront past the end of Southard Street. The 6,400-square-foot facility, the visitor center for the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, showcases the region’s unique ecosystem including the living coral reef that parallels the island chain.
